Salifou*, a young man from Cote D’Ivoire, had been haunted daily by the question that lies heavy on the minds of many: what happens after we die?

God wanted to help him to find an answer to his question. Salifou stumbled upon a 100 Nations pioneer’s Facebook post that asked, “What good would it do a man to gain the whole world, if he loses his soul?” This led Salifou to get in touch with our pioneer on the ground, who was able to share the gospel with him and explain that eternal life is a gift given from Jesus when we accept him as our Saviour. 

Salifou made the life-changing choice to invite Jesus into his life. He expressed that for the first time ever, he was filled with peace and assurance that his eternity was secure. 

How wonderful it is to see God connect us with seeking hearts. Please pray that our pioneers’ social media posts are seen by those who need Jesus, and that our digital pioneers have the opportunity to share the good news with more searching people from Cote D’Ivoire, and across the continent.
