In the Oromo region of Ethiopia, one of CV’s dedicated pioneers has been diligently sharing the gospel. The pioneer encountered a woman in a remote village named Araari*, who had suffered from illness for a long time. After the pioneer prayed for her healing, the Lord answered these prayers, and Araari was healed.

The news of Araari’s healing spread rapidly throughout the village, stirring curiosity and interest among the locals — who were amazed to see her healthy again. This act of healing through prayer led an entire family to want to follow Jesus, along with many others in the village. 

During February of this year, the pioneer had the privilege of baptising a total of 23 people, who have given their life to God. 

Praise God for such a fruitful outcome in this small Ethiopian village!
