United in Ukraine

More than 2000 young people were recently united in worship at E>MISSION, one of the largest Christian events in Ukraine.

The event’s primary goal was to inspire and equip Christians nationwide to reinvigorate their commitment to mission and ministry, as well as deepen their spiritual connection.

Numerous Christian organisations showcased their projects, emphasising the support available to those eager to spread the message of Jesus in their communities.

Aimed towards equipping attendees to be active leaders in evangelism, the event also encouraged people to become a solution to the difficulties faced by those in the country.

Collaborating with the conference’s organising committee, Christian Vision (CV) facilitated media support and created an interactive space for delegates to learn from the team at yesHEis (an initiative of CV).

The team engaged directly with people in this space and shared their knowledge and experience in evangelism. They also highlighted the social media platforms and resources available.

Additionally, CV facilitated a workshop featuring Bishop Nikolai Savchuk, a pastor at one of the largest churches in Ukraine, as well as the author of many yesHEis posts and articles.

During Savchuk’s ‘Personal Evangelism’ workshop, he urged people to follow yesHEis for inspirational content and to share their evangelistic endeavours. This resulted in approximately 400 new yesHEis followers and more than 150 reported Acts of Evangelism (AOE’s).

The CV team also hosted a workshop, ‘Mission Online’, which attracted more than 200 participants eager to explore spreading the message of Jesus through social media.

Finally, the conference provided the opportunity to record inspirational and instructional videos featuring various Christian leaders, who were asked to reflect on frameworks such as Purpose-Personal-Movement and Pray-Connect-Respond.

The event was said to have had an incredible atmosphere and those who attended were encouraged to take practical steps toward their role in fulfilling The Great Commission.
