Our National Pioneers Initiative works to find local people who have a passion for sharing the Gospel in their own country. CV recently launched a new initiative in Sri Lanka, equipping 25 new pioneers to do work throughout the country. We have already received some testimonies from a few pioneers:

“Nirosha* is a schoolgirl who is paralysed. She is only able to lie on her mat now, so she cannot go to school anymore. Nirosha is from a Buddhist family and lives in a village that is opening to the gospel. Please pray for her healing and that there would be spiritual breakthrough in this village.”

“There is a little girl in a nursing home in one of the Buddhist villages I serve in. She has been on a feeding tube for the last ten months and the doctors could not do anything more for her. The other day I prayed for this little girl to be healed. When I went back to the nursing home the next day, I found that all her feeding tubes were removed. Not only that, but she could eat by herself and can now get up and walk. She still could not speak, so I prayed healing for that. Praise God that now she can talk and is completely healed! The little girl and her family, along with others in the village, are open to receiving Christ. Praise the Lord for her healing! Please pray for more spiritual breakthrough in this village.”
