180 degrees : Armenia

Our yesHEis team in Armenia have been doing what they can to continue spreading God’s word to affect the lives of others in a positive way. Here’s one such story of an encounter between an individual and one of our yesHEis volunteers:

The loss of a parent is not an experience anyone enjoys, and is certainly one that is tough to get through alone. Lusine’s mother recently passed away, leaving her confused and distraught. Lusine wanted to commit suicide, feeling that life after her mother’s death was impossible. Fortunately, God had other plans for His precious daughter.

After a conversation online with our yesHEis volunteers, Lusine’s perspective on life has flipped 180 degrees. ‘Praise God! ‘ Lusine recently wrote to us, after praying that God would open her eyes to His plan for her life. Now, Lusine wants to live a life that would have made her mum proud. With her new-found confidence in God, and the promise that she and her mother will be reunited once again some day in heaven, Lusine’s faith in Christ is not only a comfort but also a healer.

“Thank you so much. You really helped me.”
