CV is looking for a dynamic and dependable full-time, onsite Finance Administrator. The candidate will run the daily finance functions in support of the Corporate Services department. The applicant must be proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure CV’s Finance Policy is in compliance.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations.
  • Create Actionable reporting and predictive insight by department and for the region itself.
  • Prepare deliverables for the annual external audit.
  • To compile and analyze expense reports for projects and/or managers.
  • Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
  • Measuring the company’s financial performance based on financial records.
  • Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management.
  • Supervising the internal accounting team.
  • Performing audits of departments within the organization.
  • Overseeing other aspects of financial operations, such as bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers.
  • Provide administrative support for all office-related operations.

Advantageous

  • Netsuite experience a plus
  • Experience with Asana or project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Non-Profit organizations

     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • Certified Management Accountant or CPA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

     

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Be available for domestic and international travel.
  • Must be available to work from our office in Miami Lakes, FL.
