Christian Vision (CV) seeks an inspired individual with a collaborative spirit to lead our operations in Latin America. Based in our Americas regional HQ in Miami, FL, this pivotal role will work closely with a dynamic local team to strategize evangelism efforts and support Christian communities through CV’s global initiatives.

You are excited about constructing, innovating, and shaping opportunities for churches and ministries in Latin America to experience the gospel tangibly. Your fluency in speaking and writing, both in English and Spanish, enables you to effectively convey the mission and vision of CV.

Specific Responsibilities
- Implement CV’s evangelism and discipleship strategies strategically, setting and achieving goals based on key performance indicators.
- Provide operational leadership to teams in content creation, marketing, community development, and corporate services.
- Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for project implementation.
- Manage operational budgets and oversee contractual agreements.
- Foster positive relationships with churches and ministry leaders.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding practices and organizational policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Alignment with CV’s Leadership Competency Framework and core values.
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English and Spanish languages, both spoken and written.
- Follower of Jesus and demonstrates a high level of spiritual maturity.
- Agrees with CV’s mission, vision, and statement of faith.
- Humble, organized, and enthusiastic worker with a passion for serving with excellence.
- Available for domestic and international travel.
Advantageous
- Masters Degree.
- Experience working for international organizations in both private and non-profit sectors.
