An illustration on Grace from John 8 where a woman who was caught in adultery is brought to Jesus by the Pharisees. Wanting to test Him, so that they could accuse Him of something, they put forward the question, “The law of Moses commands that this woman be stoned, but what do You say?”. But Jesus, being the merciful man He is, not only extends Grace to the woman but also her accusers, by saving them from themselves by participating in the violent religious ritual. He connects with their heart and corrects their motives. Grace exemplified in honest correction and connection
