Oliver Raper was born in Cape Town, South Africa and educated in Johannesburg. He commenced his preparation for ministry by studying at the Apostolic Faith Mission Theological Seminary. At the age of 20, Oliver interrupted his formal studies to travel extensively as a singer/musician in the USA. He later completed his Theological studies at the Elim Bible College and the University of London, as well as earning the Oxford Diploma for Public Speaking. After studying, Oliver and his wife, Brigitte, established the UK office for Pastor Reinhard Bonnke of Christ For All Nations, and worked into Africa for the next 15 years. He subsequently pastored one of the fastest growing churches in the UK, before sensing that God was speaking to him about returning to his beloved home – Africa. This led Oliver to become the Director for CV Africa in 2005. Remaining committed to equipping believers of all ages to have a personal relationship with God that expresses itself in evangelism, Oliver and Brigitte relocated to the UK in April 2018, where Oliver is now the Director for CV UK and Europe.
