Andrew Flynn first felt a call to serve God while at university studying electronics and electrical engineering with a specialisation in radio communications. He subsequently joined CV in 1994 as a trainee transmission engineer. Following 6 years of assignments pioneering radio transmission facilities in Zambia, Chile and Australia, Andrew spent the next decade playing a leading role in shaping CV’s growth as a major global Christian broadcaster. Andrew was later involved with researching how modern media, including online platforms, might be applied to introduce people to Jesus, and played a formative role in the development of many of the regional teams that are now engaged in CV’s Touch-a-Billion initiatives. Andrew currently heads Research and Data Analysis for CV, ensuring that data reporting and analysis are used to inform strategic planning, operational decisions and funding priorities across the range of CV’s teams, projects and activities.
