NPI Research Report

A new research report has been published on CV’s National Pioneers Initiative (NPI) that provides insight into the needs of our national pioneers.

The NPI partners with local churches to impact nations for Christ through conventional and digital evangelism, as well as discipleship, resulting in the establishment of sustainable, locally-run churches.

Through a series of interviews with entrepreneurs and intercessors, the NPI Research Report found that one of the biggest needs for pioneers to continue in their role is to have a tight community, or a circle of trustworthy, meaningful relationships with people who have insights, knowledge, and confidence.

The initiative is currently working toward placing pioneers in 100 nations, however, these pioneers sometimes receive very little support, as they are located in areas where there are no churches or other Christians nearby. They are often located in unreached communities where it is difficult to develop meaningful and beneficial relationships.

The report discusses how the interview insights will be turned into training sessions that will help the pioneers to be supported by:

  • Encouraging self-confidence
  • Teaching the best strategies to conduct pioneer work
  • Providing them with the knowledge to develop a tight community of trust and fellowship.
