Life in Technicolour: Africa

It’s no secret that Africa faces unique technological constraints, requiring our team to be very creative in the way we share Gospel content. Last year, we experimented with longer-format videos we could distribute on African video-on-demand platforms, and this September we built on that momentum by releasing a new series of testimony videos called LIT (Life in Technicolor).

Hosted by well-known African vlogger Howard Fyvie, this series unpacks the compelling faith journey of six creatives and the impact that finding Jesus had on their lives and careers. From an up-and-coming boxer to one of Africa’s most successful animation directors, LIT shines the spotlight on six stories of God’s grace. This series will be released in various ways: full half-hour episodes will be distributed on 1Africa and a number of television and content-on-demand platforms across the continent; and, at the same time, three-minute excerpts will be released on yesHEis for Christians to share with family and friends.

Pray that young people across our region will be impacted by the testimonies of these influencers. Pray that the reach of this series will extend far beyond our expectations, and will expose many to the truth about Jesus.
