Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in CV, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital outreach efforts for yesHEis. Crafting compelling narratives and engaging content, you’ll connect with audiences across various platforms, nurturing relationships and fostering a community of believers to share the gospel.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strong content strategy that follows yesHEis brand guidelines and targets our audience effectively.
  • Create engaging content for yesHEis social media, emails, website, and other online platforms.
  • Research social media trends and audience preferences to guide content creation and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Christian influencers to create impactful campaigns that fit our brand.
  • Work closely with functional teams to ensure consistency across all content initiatives for yesHEis & CV.
  • Stay updated on social media trends to continuously improve our content strategy.

General Responsibilities

Fulfil other duties, as common to all employees and as directed, within parameters outlined in both the mission and vision statements. This includes:

  • To keep abreast of the latest methods and technologies.

Skills/ Experience/ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in content marketing or GTM strategy, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of Christian values and culture, with experience in collaborating with Christian influencers or organisations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and achieving common goals.
