The Best News: Impact Southeast Asia

As part of the National Pioneer’s Initiative (NPI), pioneers in Southeast Asia are visiting communities and introducing people to Jesus every day, often in hostile environments. This recent story is from one of our pioneers:

Recently I visited a Buddhist village whose people had never heard the Gospel. Among them was an old woman called Gawa*. She is 89 years old. She exclaimed, “How good it is to hear such a wonderful message! Why have I only now heard this good news?” Weeping, she joyfully accepted Jesus as her personal Saviour. She lives with her sister’s family, who are staunch Buddhists. They are putting pressure on her not to get baptised.

Please pray that she decides strongly and courageously to be a true follower of Christ.
