Only Jesus can give meaning and purpose to a soul that is lost and searching. This was the experience of one man from Armenia, who wrote to us after watching the video Born for a Reason.

“It’s been a long time since I started thinking about life and its purpose, but I haven’t found the answers yet. This video raised the questions that I ‘ve had on my mind, I hope you will help me.”

Our online volunteer spoke to the man about life and its meaning, and about Jesus. The man asked how he could invite Jesus into his life, and then prayed with the volunteer.

After they had prayed together, the man wrote: “I felt happiness; it was such an interesting emotion. I understand that this is the beginning. I want to be in contact with you. Maybe you gather somewhere? I want to join. Thank you.” We invited the man to church and we can’t wait to meet him.

A lady from Armenia wrote to tell us that she had no hope and couldn’t understand why God had created her with sickness. She has problems with her legs and can’t walk normally. Our online volunteer encouraged her to devote her life to Jesus and hope in Him. The lady agreed to pray and began to feel hopeful. She has also begun to read her Bible.

Praise God that, through the work of CV, people get chances to trust their lives to Jesus! Please pray that these people, and the many others like them in Armenia, would continue to journey with the Saviour and find hope and life.
