Mother and Daughter Find Support: Impact Eastern Ukraine

impact communities

Aneta’s* 11 year old daughter has Cerebral Palsy, and Aneta has no husband for support. It is not easy to take care of a child with such a condition in Ukraine, and it is even harder when they have to live in a war zone.

Aneta had fears and worries, because she had to take care of her daughter on her own. It is extremely difficult, and Aneta was struggling financially, emotionally and spiritually.

One day, she visited one of the churches planted by the National Pioneers Initiative (NPI) in the East of Ukraine. The NPI is part of CV’s Impact-a-Nation strategy, which seeks to impact communities with the love of God.

The newly planted church was supportive, and helped Aneta as much as they could with her concerns and needs. As a result, Aneta found her refuge in Christ. She said that her fears have left and her hope and peace have been restored. Aneta was baptised and now she is a child of God. She attends church with her daughter.

Please pray for financial stability for this family, for their protection, and also for their growth in the knowledge of God. Please also pray that this new church would continue to impact communities for Christ.
