As a teacher in a highly religious school, I had a sense of unease about my religious routines. For more than 48 years I had faithfully followed the tenets of my religion and prayed to God that He would change my life and give me peace.

Nothing happened until I met an NPI pioneer who explained to me about his search for God’s grace and peace. I asked him what was the answer. He clearly stated that Jesus Christ is the only answer, because Jesus would indwell us by his Holy Spirit and change our lives from within. That night, without hesitation, our family received this Good News. John 15: 7, “If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you,” is one of the verses I love the most.

My prayer and heart’s desire is to see my parents, brothers and sisters, and colleagues come to Christ. Pray for me and my family. My colleagues at the school have seen the changes in me, and that I read the Bible daily. I am praising the Lord for the miracle He has done in my life and plan to tell everyone about it.

Praise God for His goodness and mercy to this man and nation, who are classified as unreached with the Gospel by the Joshua Project. Living on the world’s sixth largest island, now people from this nation and tribe and people and tongue will be standing before the throne and before the Lamb (Revelation 7:9).
