AP LEADERS MEET IN AUSTRALIA

For the first time in more than two years, our CV managers have been able to meet face-to-face to share updates, issues and ideas, as well as to unite in prayer and worship.

As a global organisation, CV has teams around the world working hard to deliver our three key impact objectives.

Before COVID-19 managers and leaders would travel to the Australia office at least once, sometimes twice per year to discuss these objectives. These past two years however, as no one has been able to travel, these sessions have been held online.

Ben Scales, Asia Pacific Regional Director, said it was difficult to put into words just how special it has been to all be together again in the same room.

“What a privilege it has been to host our Asia Pacific Leadership Week once again,” he said.

“After hundreds of zooms calls, and never actually being in each other’s physical presence, a large focus of our time has naturally included reconnecting over prayer, worship, and fun.”

Ben said he was extremely proud of the team and the calibre of leaders across the organisation.

“This Leadership Week has ensured that we are all on the same page as we look to the future and deliver our key objectives,” he said. “God is moving throughout the Asia Pacific, and we are constantly seeking his leadership as well.”
