Established at a time when Myanmar was coming out of more than 50 years of military junta rule, more than 200 national pioneers working through more than 20 different church denominations focused on positively impacting the lives of Burmese people.

Thousands have come to Christ and been baptised, with one of the greatest impacts being the unity of churches who previously did not work closely together. Hundreds of lives have been healed and transformed from alcohol, drug and gambling addictions. For example, Daw Cho is widowed with 13 children. She was a gambling addict until becoming a Christian. She was trained by our national pioneers to grow mushrooms and can now support her whole family through this small business.
